Another wonderful dish I can't find here is homemade blood sausage the way my dear grandmother made them. Sausages made of blood is probably well know to many of you, but the skin of the sausages are plastic and the sausages the bloodsausages lack the tasty little bits of fat. The traditional way to serve it is to use parts from the animal itself. The skin of the sausage is made from the intestines and stomach skin of the sheep. I haven't had the pleasure of eating homemade blood sausages since grandma passed away, but I'm sure you understand from my description alone that this is mouthwateringly good!

It's not an eye and you don't eat the skin. You don't eat the plstic around sausages, do you? This is very much like the black pudding you describe, but stuffed inside enviriomentally friendly intestines and stomach skin. Notning strange about it a all!

It tastes delisiously, but this reindeer has a very shiny nose. You would even say it glows.
