Now that all the Bonds are on bluray, and on another thread a question was
asked about the quality of the transfer. I thought for anyone interested we could
Start a Film club, in the same vein as the Bond book of the month thread in the
Literary section ( started by a member with the body of an Adonis and the looks
of George Clooney ) .
Where starting with DR NO ( in July ) we can watch the film, look at the special features,
Commentary etc, and exchange views and opinions. Or if you have the DVDs we could
see what differences there are between the two formats, maybe even some memories
of the old VHS movies.

( not that we need a reason ) ) and compare notes. {[]
Ha - yeah good excuse to re-watch them!
What's the plan - one a week / fortnight / month?
Could fit it in once a month. ( sounds a bit naughty ) ) It would
be interesting to read others opinions as we might watch the same film
but we don't always see the same thing. Maybe some of us don't delve
too deep into the special features, but we might find out about some
really interesting stuff, that " We didn't even know existed "
It would be interesting to see how many people get involved in this.
Really?! When did I do that?
I think most members know the greek god like person
I was far too modest to mention.
24.
Dr No & FRWL, every month we'll have a double bill of Bond films.
On whatever format you have, but for those with bluray versions. It
Would be interesting to get your views on how good you think the
Quality of the transfer is, as well as thoughts on the special features,
Commentaries as well as the film of course.
This should mean we'll be done in a year and hopefully all fired up in
Anticipation of the latest Bond. )
Will now have to convince the other half to watch them again, which might prove difficult, but it occupy her mind while she is knitting )
Time like a reviewer, I'll have a pad and pen beside me making
Notes.
Why did he do that?
Well that's stupid.
Look at her dress that's awful.
Oh god he's wearing flared trousers.
That's impossible nobody can do that.

on the transfer to bluray, basically how good is it. )
Seems to be a few people of late on the fence about purchasing the BR version therefore I guess BR owners will chip in with that!!
Even VHS owners should chip in!!!!!! (or Betamax ) )
