Personally, I'm not a great fan of this design but for those who are, Anthony Sinclair have just released their Cocktail Cuff Shirt as worn by Sean Connery in the early Bond Films.

Apart from the cocktail cuff, the shirt has nothing in common with what Connery wore. It looks like a very nice shirt, but if you're looking for a replica of Connery's shirt neither this or Udeshi's shirt (he copied the Dr. No collar but makes a different style cocktail cuff) is an accurate copy.
The Anthony Sinclair shirt seems to be very customizable, so apart from the cocktail cuff, what would be the best adjustments to ask/request to approximate a Connery shirt?
The biggest difference is the collar. From the photo it looks like the collar is the Extreme Cutaway, not the Classic. The Classic Cutaway looks from the illustration to be the closest one. You might want to ask David Mason which collar he thinks is the closest since he knows his collars better than I do. You would need the collar that is the next widest.
Connery's shirts have side pleats and darts in the back.
There are styles on Connery's shirts that the Special Order shirts probably can't replicate. The Turnbull & Asser placket, for instance, is 1 3/16" wide and stitched 3/8" from the edge. The stitching 3/8" from the edge of the placket gives the front of the shirt a much different look than Mason's standard 1/4" stitching. Also, Connery's cuffs are attached with gathers in the sleeves rather than pleats. Those are some of the things that make Turnbull & Asser's shirts stand out from the rest.
