Roger's films are the most unrealistic, because hes the least believable Bond.
I don't disagree about him being the least believable, but I wouldn't say all his films are the most unreal. LALD had some fantastic elements in it (such as the over the top stunts and slapstick moments), but I didn't have a problem with the plot being unreal or the villain. Mr. Big would not have been the first head of a nation who spoke in the UN and at the same time was doing dirty things under the table. EON just upped it by having him posing as a disguised gangster. Had they used the voodoo element as a more terror aspect as Fleming did rather than just a parlor trick in the film, it would have brought the whole affair up a few notches.
TSWLM, MR and FAVTAK were the least believable. TSWLM and FAVTAK were just remakes of YOLT and GF. MR was just cashing in on the Star Wars/sci fi craze. They could have toned it down if they had jettisoned the whole "reboot the human race over" plot and instead just had Drax..say, plan on using the shuttle for some more down to earth nefarious purpose.
OP, TMWTGG and FYEO were more realistic, even if certain scenes (as in LALD) went over the top with a stunt or slapstick. OP is actually creepy when you watch in now because of Putin and the Ukraine. FYEO is a straight spy thriller and revenge story.
TMWTGG could have been more realistic had they eliminated most of the poor attempts at comedy and all of Barry's cartoon queues.
I think the biggest mistakes EON did with the series is when they kept trying to top the last film in the bombastics department. It started with YOLT. As much as the whole volcano lair is an amazing piece of fantasy, it's where I think EON went over the cliff. From then on, you always had to have Bond fighting off hoards of thugs, or the villains stealing not just one submarine but THREE, or running over the backs of a line crocodiles instead of just one (don't get me wrong - I love the stunt, but again, it just piles on the bombastic. Even the real stuntman almost lost his foot for trying to overdo it).
If they had toned down the stunts just a bit - have a few henchman instead of dozens - have only one Q device instead of several - have the villain with a realistic plot instead something from a sci fi story - have zero slapstick and just some well placed dark humor, EON could have turned out a more evenly polished series of quality resulting in far less negative reviews. They were skiing close to that when they were making OP and FYEO, but they thought they still had to play by the new rulebook they padded up after GF and TB by maintaining all these new Bond film cliches. I still enjoy many parts of the lower quality entries, it's just a shame they thought the best way to increase the quality of the film was by making it bigger in every way. It's like eating at a buffet with a multitude of food to chose from - but it's all mediocre, when you could have just one meal at a table - but that meal is so savory every bite is memorable.
Even as a kid, I had an issue with the Lotus turning into a submarine in TSWLM. There were too many variables too consider regarding the issue of a normal gasoline engined car suddenly becoming watertight enough to function as a sub. ...........and you guys need to get off the Sir Rog bashing bandwagon........He's awesome as Bond !!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly I think AVTAKs plot sounds plausible , nobodys ever tried so how would we know unless it actually happened....for a bond it sounds quite realistic imo. Oh , TND ripped off TSWLM if we're going down that road (setting 2 super powers up against each other)
Even LTK has unrealistic moments such as when Bond hangs from the seaplane......most likely they would've gunned him down before he got on the plane.

EXCEPT. . .as a lot of people have pointed out, Silicon Valley is not where microchips are made, it's where the computer industry is located. So if Zorin destroys Silicon Valley, he wipes out everyone who would buy his product!
Well , if they DID produce micro chips in SV then he'd get monopoly on them , people would be forced to pay whatever price he wanted.......seller's market :v
AVTAK - Compare the logistical and shear physics nightmare of trying to flood Silicone Valley (always thought that sounded like a great name for a breast implants center) with what Le Chiffre does in CR - short-selling stock in successful companies using his clients' money, and then engineering terrorist attacks to sink their share prices, creating huge profits for himself.

Granted..it rather looked like a stunt for Moore. However, trying to shoot someone climbing onto a plane taking off in the water at a distance could only be done by...well, Bond.
