There are quite a lot of Panama hats that come with travelling tubes ranging from $10-15 cheap ones (can't imagine that they come out of the tube looking particularly good!) up to very expensive, hand-made Monticristi masterpieces. Any decent manufacturer of Panama hats will likely have at least one model that comes with a travelling tube. Now, because it's Bond, he likely would shop in Fleming's old haunt of Lock & Co Hatters. I have a Lock Panama Folder, and it is an excellent looking, and very comfy hat.
Comes out of the tube, and you have to let it breathe and get back to its shape.
Fine quality, you can really tell the difference when you compare to a cheaply made substitute.
Try Bates as well...

I got my panama (folder) from Cordings of Piccadilly didn't come in a tube ,but did roll/fold rather well,
(ideal for those sunny days at Gaurds polo ) Lockes would be the obvious choice or as Gebruder Gumbold says try Bates in Jermyn st (London SW1) if MR Bates isn't in ,just ask for his son Master )
