Alternate TWINE DVD cover?

I was wondering if anyone had this....
I distinctly remember some old "pay-to-download" website that offered custom DVD covers, and they had a variant of the Special 007 Edition "World Is Not Enough" R1 sleeve which was more or less identical to the standard cover - except that the title was changed to a gold gradient, rather than plain white, to match the other spines in the set.
Anyone have this?
