If you were born in a year that a Bond movie was released...

...what did you think of it, and how do you feel about it now?

For me it is LALD. In my case, I've just about turned 180 on it; I thought it was mediocre when I first saw it, and its grown on me so that I now rate it as a fairly good entry (I would score it 6.5-7 out of 10).

    For me it is TLD. Love it. Great story, score is phenomenal, a lot of fun, and some late 80's throwbacks that remind me of childhood. I definitely enjoy this movie more because of it being my birth year Bond. Good topic.

    I was born TWO friggin' years BEFORE DN, and my stupid parents never took me to see it!!! Yeah, he's only TWO, so he won't like it or not cry during it. WRONG!!! I would have LOVED it.
    Later they took me to see Mary *FREAKIN* Poppins instead of Goldfinger. A travesty.

    No Bond movie released in the year I was born. That should keep you all guessing as to how young I am.

    I was born in the year of Goldfinger and remember that they had huge coverages in magazines, newspapers and tv programmes back then :D

    I've taped them all and cut off everything that contained the words "Bond", "Connery" and Goldfinger!" :)) :)) :))
    I went to the cinema at the german premiere and thought, that it was brilliant! :o

    I was born in the same year as For Your Eyes Only.

    I think it's the best Bond film starring Moore, and certainly the most Fleming-esque of all the Moore Bonds, seamlessly integrating two Fleming short stories (For Your Eyes Only and Risico) into one film.

    Well, I was born while You Only Live Twice was in production. . .does that count? Regardless, it's one of my guilty pleasures as a Bond fan. . .the plot is nonsense and it has Sean Connery's worst performance as Bond, but it's so over-the-top outrageous (and great to look at and listen to) that I get a kick out of it. . .

    Sandwiched between DAF & LALD.
    And LALD was the first Bond film I ever remember seeing, some years later, of course. So it has a lot to answer for! -{

    I was born in the Goldfinger year. Supposedly, my mom was pretty tipsy the night before I was born (things were different back then) and it was only by the grace of God, her friend Charlene and my dad's intervention with the hospital authorities that she didn't end up in the custody of the Orange, California police. :D

    I wore my seatbelt ocassionally because Batman & Robin always buckled theirs! The only accident my Dad had with me in the car was one of those times, luckily. :o
