I realized after watching the film again that during the scene where Bond is seen by the psychiatrist and responds with the word "done" when the man says "Skyfall", it seems to have a deeper meaning when we find out what Skyfall is. Bond may have not only said this to mean he was finished playing the word game - he may have been telling the psychiatrist and M (who I think he knew was behind the glass all along) that part of his past was dead and buried and he was never going to revisit it emotionally or physically.
