I've updated the original post to show who has paid and who we're waiting on. That's only seven out of the fifteen needed to proceed. We'll give it a week or so and at that point we'll see how many we have and what we can do about proceeding regardless.

I've paid long time ago, quite frankly it is not fair for the people who have been correct and quick in the payment process to wait so long. Guys, whoever is in that list should proceed to pay asap.

I just did some number crunching with our fabric suppliers and we could do a run of 10 cardigans only for $295 each. That's asking an additional $32.50 from each of you. Or we could wait a bit longer and try to get 5 more guys. What do you think?

Apologies for the delay guys- I totally forgot and don't often check this part of the site. Anyway- as I've said, I have now paid and submitted my measurements to @Indy Magnoli

My take is we give the remaining people who haven't paid another week to respond. Maybe we can pick-up another person or two in the interim. After that time just calculate the additional cost based on everyone who has paid and we move forward. Not my ideal solution but I would like to get this before summer. In the end, if the majority of the group votes to wait longer versus paying more I could live with that too.

Now that we have 10 we could move forward. However, if any of the other individuals remaining on the list still want in on this, then a higher price point should be charged to them to spread out the additional costs incurred and lessen the extra amount needed to pay for those of us who payed when originally asked.
