Advice required, Please / Corgi Icons

I thought that I knew most things about the corgi icon range but it seems that I dont. I thought the only 2 limited ones were bond in tan safari suit and bond in white tux. Someone on fleabay selling a limited Goldfinger under item number 271662843842. Does anyone have any thoughts on this although description says its a code 3 model ??????

I've not looked at the item, but I've never heard of this figure either, so would guess its a custom job.

Probably damaged or picked-up cheap so decided to rework; I've gotten a few Bonds on which I've changed the clothing color, etc. because they'd gotten scraped-up.

Put Johnny Briggs beside it, as in an episode he was the good
Lord's mechanic.
