He made some really good reviews on the Pierce Brosnan Bond films, and he's currently doing the Daniel Craig Bond films as well. Casino Royale is two parts and Quantum of Solace is four parts. He hasn't done Skyfall yet because he had ran in to some computer problems earlier this year and he just now got around to releasing his four-part Quantum of Solace review.
His Skyfall review will probably come out sometime in 2015.

Just watched his Quantum of Solace review the other day. It is too long (over two hours), he comes across a bit monotone at times and repeats himself too often. As he himself says at the end of the article introducing the review, "Perhaps a bit of overkill on my part". Having said that, I found myself agreeing more often than disagreeing. Fans of the film will have much to disagree with.
Well, if you watch his reviews and actually pay attention to his critiques, his criticisms seem to be valid.
The film itself ( like QOS) ) , I'd rather be doing something or
Someone else ! )
Did you at least watch the HaphazardStuff Casino Royale review? I mean it was only two parts.
I don't pay much attention to reviewers, as I much prefer to read the
Opinions of members here on AJB, long term Bond fans, who know the
History not just of the films but of the books as well. {[] I respect
Their opinions and have taken onboard many of their observations, even

My favourite reviewer...
Exceeding well researched. Quantum below

I completely agree. Most of the members here actually know what they're talking about. Most critics and reviewers - not so much.
expert members on AJB, who can steer you right on many different aspects of all things 007
from Books, music, sets, lighting. anything really, and because they're all fans they can spot
little details etc that many reviewers would miss. {[]
I think most reviewers who do it for a living, (like the late Gene Siskel and Robert Ebert) are kind of snobbish. But thanks to YouTube, BlipTV and Vimeo anybody can review a film and I prefer those kinds of reviewers. The ones who do it for fun.

Too bad. You might be missing out on some very informative, interesting or funny content made by people who are either big Bond fans (but not a member of this forum) or lovers of movies.
Friends.
I know everything, so have no need of reviewers.
Thanks for these. I never heard of this guy before and have been watching the reviews. I'm on Goldeneye now and The Bond Blueprint. I'll probably slow down and watch these next year until Spectre's release.
I watched a bit of some others. I heard about the whole element thing in Quantum of Solace. But didn't really get it until watching some of the Haphazard review and hearing the director. I can't wait to hear his opinion as I don't like Quantum of Solace that much.
As far as video reviewers go, I have to say he's my favorite! Especially from the Dalton episodes onwards you can tell this guy put a LOT of energy into each episode and you can tell that he's a very big fan of the franchise. (It's always pleasant to listen to a reviewer that actually is a fan of the franchise and knows about the background) It's good to see him pop up here, I would arguably even go so far into calling him the best Bond video reviewer I know.

No sorry. Cant cope with his silly voices and overreactions plus he gives everything to do with GE a ten.
Yes, he's good on the entertainment front and probably one of the better ones on YouTube. These were in fact the two people that inspired me to try my own little reviews, that I posted here a while back. (I have restarted that recently)
But on topic, CalvinDyson is entertaining and great. Haphazard stuff goes a lot deeper (especially his later episodes) which is why I probably think I like him more.

I think he's okay. Another guy that used the same review style as him (with stills from the movie) who I think is a lot more entertaining is this guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cIx93pGPu8 <- Very dry humor, and pretty good overall. Wouldn't say he's better than Calvin and Haphazard but he's worth checking out...
I actually run a YouTube channel myself and I have the same amount of subscribers as CalvinDyson - But my channel didn't get such a community for Bond however, as I'm mainly known for GTA games instead... However since I am such a huge Bond fan myself I recently (re)started a Bond review series. (I once reviewed the first seven movies and shared it here, I think Peppermill was one of the people here I remember watching and liking that ) for those intrested here's my first episode:

To get on topic of HapHazardstuff himself, I would say I find myself agreeing with a lot of the stuff he mentions. For one, he doesn't seem to be that fond of OHMSS either, which I find rare for diehard Bond fans. He also loves LTK, another thing I can of course identify with. He's not so much of a fan of any of the Brosnan films though, but he makes some good points in all four of his reviews on his movies. (Especially his TWINE one was very insightfull!)
