Argh, too many Batman movie fans on here. This is a James Bond forum! X-(
I couldn't care less about Ann Hathaway's Catwoman. I haven't even seen The Dark Knight Rises. Keaton was a terrible Batman. Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are total, complete garbage.
However, I am more than happy to discuss Batman comics from the 1940s to the 1970s. Classic stuff. -{

I'm pretty sure that that's the legobatman guy from earlier in the thread, just with a new username (to get around his punishment for being rude earlier).
My favorite Bond film is Casino Royale, and my favorite non-Bond film is Master and Commander: Far Side of the World.
Both pretty perfect films in my opinion in terms of what they both set out to achieve, though Master and Commander is ultimately more well-rounded.
I'll this in praise of both movies: they're the only two movies I own two copies each of, so I can lend out a copy to someone and still have a backup in case I don't get it back.
Though my second copy of Master and Commander stays in the glovebox of my car, so it's always accessible wherever I happen to be! How's that for a favorite film.
My Favourite Bond film is For Your Eyes Only.
My Favourite non-Bond Film would be Back to the Future.
I love FYEO because it was the first 007 film I owned, and the first I remember watching. (My Dad said we watched YOLT once on video when I was little).
Back to the Future is just a film with a lot of fun in it and made very well. Comparing them FYEO would win, just because the overwhelming feeling of entertainment i get from it.

Oh it's 100% the same guy...no shadow of a doubt...he's 12 hours to explain himself to me...
OHMSS- I could go on for day. It is basically a perfect Bond film. I would run off with Lazenby of I could :x It Happened One Night- Young shirtless, witty, Clark Gable and talented, stunning, funny, Claudette Colbert.

There's a film I haven't seen for a long time.
A very witty 1930s classic.
Truth be told I could name at least 50 films which on any day might be my favourite non-Bond film. Most of them sorry to say are probably better than even the very best of Bond.
So:
OHMSS vs....

I could watch A Bridge Too Far on a loop. I love when memorial day rolls around because it is on tv all of the time, along with All Quiet on the Western Front.

Yes, but the topic is "favorite" not "better"
I've really like NBNW and have seen it about 3-4 times. Compare that to Goldfinger, which I have seen about 20-25 times.
Almost any Bond film is going to be my favorite compared to a non-Bond film.

Depending on my moods, I also edge towards TB, GF or MR. I'm a bit like a feather in the wind...
