BMW M3 with "AJB 007" License Plate

This is not really related to collecting but last night at the Hard Rock Hotel in Florida I drove past a Blue BMW M3 with "AJB 007" License Plate, was just curious if it was someone on here?

The concept of degrading includes giving the degraded something that he does not like
As you have the Fiat instead of the BMW , I suppose that there has been another downgrade
