The film, which has a two million dollar budget, will be distributed over the internet through services such as Netflix.

On January 1st, 2015, the works of Ian Fleming entered the public domain in a number of countries. That means that the character of James Bond is no longer copyrighted in those countries, just like Sherlock Holmes has been for a while. But it doesn't mean that it's suddenly open season on that character.
Independent Toronto publisher ChiZine Publications announces they will be publishing a new anthology of short stories featuring James Bond now that Ian Fleming's work has entered the public domain in Canada. The anthology, titled License Expired: The Unauthorized James Bond, will be edited by Toronto authors Madeline Ashby and David Nickle.
Since only Fleming's Bond novels have entered the public domain, the stories won't reference the films, subsequent novels written by others, or any media tie-ins. However, within Fleming's works are well-known villains Rosa Klebb, Oddjob, Dr. No, SMERSH, Ernst Stavro Blofeld and SPECTRE. Familiar allies include Moneypenny, Honey Ryder, Pussy Galore, Felix Leiter and Quarrel. The story authors will be able to call on any of these characters or organizations along with the many others that have appeared in Fleming's stories. License Expired is scheduled to be published in November 2015.
It is a very good teaser. I've definitely seen it before, I'm sure it must be on the DVD/blu-ray. I quite like the trailers where they have Bond in a studio doing stuff in addition to the shots from the actual film. A couple of Brosnan's trailers had that too.
