Why in the game 007 quantum of solace is not always level in Haiti?

Hello, I am the holder of the game 007 quantum of solace on xbox360. I went through the whole game, but then I noticed on the internet that should be the level of Haiti (as in the film).
After fracturing subject (no effect), I noticed that some of the players on youtube do not have this level. What is it?
