Proud to be Polish for one god damn time. I like the fact that the palace is on the other side of the bootle, gives it a wonderful three dimensional look. I will also grab one for the New Year's party I think.
Me personally - I want to try it because I was very, very sceptic. I was thinking of it before as a show-off vodka, which was drank by people who wanted to say out loud how much money they have. That's because the reviews I read were saying Belvedere is mediocre at best for that price, in favour for, say, Smirnoff Black. But that was back in 2010, things have changed - Smirnoff Black dropped from almost 30$ to like what, 10$? It's not a premium vodka anymore, the taste has changed so it's nothing what it was. Of course I really enjoy Finlandia and Absolut because these are truly fine vodka brands but I never tasted Belvedere before (I just considered it not worth my money).
Not a vodka guy but did make a point of looking for Belvedere while in the liquor store last night and it's displayed in a locked case so someone think it's special.
For a min there I thought it was already out - I guess that won't happen until the film is launched!!??
They certainly started the marketing early though - guess they are trying to get their moneys worth!!!
Heard of the brand but never tried, then again not much of a Vodka drinker nowadays since I've calmed down
No it's the same bottle with the light in it, but the normal logo. Says the light will last 8 hours, looks like it has two watch batteries in it, not sure if they can be replaced or not ?? Costco the only place so far I've seen with the light up bottles
I was more wondering about the special edition bottles.
The Belvedere website claims one of those will be limited to 100 pieces - that'll be an expensive one providing you can obtain it.
They also claim to start the campaign this month - approx. 9 months prior to the movie? Sounds like at least half a year too soon if they want the message to stick.

Bond and their brand are both so well known it's clear they are going to drive sales with the Bond connection. Not a bad strategy as long as it maintains until the movie release and beyond
I hope this belongs here but I was at my local Costco over the weekend and came across this Belvedere 1.75L Spectre Martini Glass set that was different from their shaker set. The tag says "Celebrating the release of the James Bond movie: Spectre"
It comes with two Belvedere martini glasses that when chilled shows the same tree branches as on their bottle. I didn't see anything specific that said "Spectre" on the glasses themselves. The price was about $40.

I'd recommend Beluga Vodka if you'd like to try something special (especially the Beluga Gold).
Them's fightin' words
I find Belvedere a little too clinical. Wonderful quality, but not quite Grey Goose

Not 100% sure but thought it was February

I just would like to get the Silver Sabre bottle but couldn't even find one of the standard Spectre bottles yet.
Where are you based, Rainier? If in Central London, I saw only yesterday that they have a bottle in Tesco on Cheapside, London EC2 -{
Belvedere 007 SPECTRE Bottle
Belvedere 007 Silver Saber Bottle
Belvedere MI6 Bottle
Belvedere 007 SPECTRE Shaker
This Costco version looks like the "007 Spectre" version with the gun barrel logo.
The Silver Saber is still available to purchase over on this website: They are selling it here http://www.reservebar.com/products/belvedere-007-silver-saber-bottle. Though they only ship to certain US States.
