Good stuff. I was gifted a bottle of Floris no. 127. I know Bond wore no 89 in the Fleming books, but the store was out of 89 and sent 127 in its place. Wearing some now. Cheers!

Actually, he was never quoted as wearing ANY Floris cologne in Fleming's books.
The Solitaire Tarot cards are an original set, Tarot of Witches deck, paintings by Fergus Hall, from 1973/4. Nice find, Mrs B...
The deck was actually commissioned for LALD (indeed, EON were horrified that Hall shipped the originals -- acrylic on masonite -- to them, uninsured, in a cardboard box). The Witches is how the deck was offered later, minus the Bond labeling. A nice find indeed, though; gives you a deck you handle and/or display while keeping the original pristine.

What a nice haul! It must be nice when loved-ones go out of their way to get you very meaningful Bond gifts...of course, I'll never know how that's like which is why I buy them myself and pass on the bills to the family )

Hey Duke...fear not: Floris products are mentioned in Dr No, Diamonds are Forever and Moonraker and Ian Fleming himself wore No.89. So there's a very strong connection between Floris and Bond even if our favourite secret agent himself didn't actually wear it!
Sorry, Paul. Totally forgot to post a pic of the Imperial Blue, so here you go, with my best attempt at the Bond 24 announcement clobber- Acne trousers, COS shirt and Black C&J Moltons.

There are people who say, that he has no clue how to interact with real people and that he should better stay in his cave.
And imo, they are absolutely right ) ) )
