You bet! Is yours coming tomorrow? Mine says by Friday end of day and it is now in Kentucky at last update. Should be in Phoenix tonight and out on the truck for delivery tomorrow.

Yes, my two are due to be delivered by Friday 7pm. I think all of the jackets are keeping each other company in Kentucky at the moment. :007)

    Kind regards,
    Craig

It is really rather classy. And was beside the pocket....Made of leather, and really nicely embossed. 29/700....

    very subtle- missed that!

With the in hand pics showing up and seeing how pale this came out in color.. It really does make one wish that Hugo Boss would do a release of theirs in a more accurate color :# One can hope at least...

Small digression from the matchless discussion.

For anyone interested, it appears that the jacket Craig is wearing in the traveling picture below is by Rick Owens. http://www.farfetch.com/uk/shopping/men/rick-owens-band-collar-jacket-item-11132599.aspx?storeid=9453&ffref=lp_pic_11_17_

£1,713.00 for that?!? Makes Matchless and Tom Ford seem like a bargain.

Oh to be a millionaire and still have companies give you over-priced clothing to wear, or even pay you to wear them.

At home with the flu, so this thread is providing needed entertainment. Thanks all. :)

Now that's more like it! At the price they are asking, these little details make all the difference!

Rick Owens is EXTREMELY overpriced to begin with. You are literally paying for the name.

For those looking for a matchless jacket I might have a couple extra sizes ranging for small to large no XL but know someone who will be selling his XXL.
Should know which sizes on Monday.

Nice one crt007, bang on with the ID! I had still been wondering about that one.

Now there I was, hitting your posted link, all ready to pull the trigger on what I still thought was a cotton zippy top...

But tup me slowly with a chainsaw! HOW MUCH!?! :o :s :( 8-)

And who the flipping' heck is Rick Owens for crying out loud? Never heard of him ?:)

But it's not cotton, Skippy. It's very expensive lambskin. I'm sure it puts the Craig Blouson merely expensive suede to shame. :))

I share your reaction to Rick Owens. If I heard the name out of context (or in context, to be honest) I'd ask if he was a basketball coach.

I liked the top better when I thought it was a simple cotton jacket. Pity it wasn't John Varvatos.

good effort - I think the actual one if ever located will be rarer than rocking horse sh17, and going by current spectre jacket prices, stupidly expensive!

Not as much as you got mugged for the Rick Stein's jacket :007) With proper high end clobber like that I take it you'll be just wearing your new Matchless jacket to paint the hall in when it arrives!! :D

Good lord Welshie, do you own one or more of the islands? :)) :p

    Are you getting a 54 or 56?

Esquire really blew it with the attribution of the jacket.

I kinda wish I had copped the Hugo Boss alternative.

Yeah I was hoping it would be that kind of colour. Oh well will see how it is for real soon enough. Strange how it can look so diff on DC and other Matchless pics etc. Hope they have not changed the colour from the screen used jacket or there will be a AJB riot!!!!

Though you guys might like this..took the wife on holiday in 007 style (her's are the new ones and I get the tried and tested Old Faithful) It's always fun to see the look on airline and hotel staff's faces when they see the old beat up Globetrotter. I hope to see more of Globetrotter in Spectre, looks like maybe a brown one?
