    Hi - can anybody tell me where they sourced alternative laces for the Aldo - I have TZ beige/oatmeal - too light - and TZ light brown/tan - too brown/orange - trying to get a decent colour is tricky in the UK!.

    Thanks

    The Aldo boot is in and it's 99.9% accurate. It's crazy how much they look alike.The color is shade darker, the thread on the sole is different, and the Aldo boot is tiny bit taller, but that could be because they sent the wrong size of boot. Change the lace with a 57 inch flat tan lace and you are good to go. The fit not so narrow when compared to the Kenton, so order your normal shoe size. All the details are there, it's even made in China like the Jcrew Kenton.

    Here are quick pictures,

    A new arrival! The screen accurate Tom Ford shirt seen in the desert scene from SPECTRE. Special thanks to Sruzgar for being the man and the motivator. Can't wait to pair this with the correct BC jacket coming soon.

    As I said on Instagram...beautiful! It seems getting made-to-measure is the only way to get a totally screen accurate TF dress shirt from the Craig era since every screen-used shirt I've seen always had the additional "made to measure" label.

    Hey all,
    Sadly, I’ve been coming to terms with the fact that my JV jacket no longer fits the way it should
    I’ve been putting on some size in gym over the last few months. The shoulders & armpits are beginning to feel too tight.
    My jacket is a SIZE L, it has had very minimal wear plus removed tags.

    Ideally I would LOVE to swap for a size XL if there is anyone out there looking for an L. Otherwise I am open to offers. Please pm me if interested. -{

    I am also selling a pair of the Sander's chukka sz UK 13
    thank for your help gents and apologies for the semi-inappropriate choice of thread

    This post had me stoked until I noticed that it was a large, and not the medium I need (yes, need :D ). If anyone does have a medium they wish to part with, you know where to find me. GLWTS.

    Along somewhat similar lines, I'm selling my "budget" alternative to the Varvatos jacket. It is the Zara suede racer in USA Large, but fits far more like a medium. I typically wear a medium in everything but I could barely get my arms in the medium Zara. PM me if anyone is interested. It has been very lightly worn.

    This article on James Bond Lifestyle states the black tie worn by Bond in the DB5 in the last scene is from Thomas Pink:

    From the article in the link:

    Complete the look
    The outfit worn by Bond in the last scene is a three-piece charcoal grey small check suit by Tom Ford, a pale blue cotton shirt with French cuffs by Tom Ford, a pale blue pcket square, a black silk find necktie by Thomas Pink, and the Dents black leather Driving Gloves (same gloves as worn in the Rome scenes). Probably Bond also wears the Tom Ford JB cufflinks, but this is not confirmed.

    There are currently two black silk ties available from Thomas Pink. Both are woven with slightly different patterns:

    The Newham

    The Alston - currently on sale at £25

    Knowing my luck it will be the one not on sale 8-) or even worse one from a previous season and no longer available :s

    The Alston is a possibility.

    interesting that Craig would be fully outfitted head to (almost) toe in Tom Ford yet wear a Thomas Pink tie in this one scene. Just saying is all... -{

    Jamesbondlifestyle is very prudent when it comes to mention a brand in a James bond movie. Apparently, they are pretty confident with the pink tie info...
    There is a pic showing the structure of the tie, but I have issues uploading it.

    Just brought The Alston, I was looking for a new black tie so worth the risk at £30 delivered (UK).

    I believe he was supposed to wear a beige / tan TF suit for the Morrocco scene since the TF SPECTRE look book contained one - however guess they decided to go Brunello.

    C&J also had a brown suede shoe in there SP range which I bet was earmarked for Morocco too, but for whatever reason D.C. When with his J Crew Boots..

    There is a filter in the C&J site, I've attached a link to the James Bond shoes, which also include Skyfall

    I was wondering if the Radnor were used for the Mr White scenes, I think I read on BondSuits.com that they used the Danner boots.
