Don't feel bad Geoff, I now have a screen accurate one with engraving, just looking for the correct box as Dunhill weren't helpful, wouldn't sell me a box. I'll try and get a photo up soon.
The Donkey Affair, sounds like something out of The Man From U.N.C.L.E.
Guess the prop?
When I first posted this image of a Japanese replica second generation MGC UNCLE Special carbine on a James Bond forum I think some may have thought I'd lost the plot? well this will confirm Donkey has completely lost it!
An original first generation MGC UNCLE Special carbine featuring the Secret Agent Model engravings and a rarely seen screw on UNCLE silencer, the only one this collector has seen outside of the 1967 MGC UNCLE flyer. In 1960s Japan replica guns had either a partially or completely blocked barrel therefore the UNCLE plug in attachments would not fit. The solution was an adaptor which tightened down on the front sight blade however as per the illustration in the flyer the fitting was more suited to the standard length P38 barrel as its fit was too loose for the production short UNCLE special barrel -{
Nice Henrik. I've been doing these same matchbooks and others for the last 10 years. I think it's a great way to have a small collection of familiar logos on small items.

I agree.
It's a good way to use the logos from James Bond.
Can I see your versions?
