I am a fan already! Very comfortable on camera...looking forward to other entries! Funny thing is the NYC store claims that he bought his first peacoat in their store...they even have the manifest to show the other purchases...and many more than 20 coats were purchased. Regardless, loved the video...

Oh, one thing....you mentioned peacoat is 80% cotton but I bet you meant to say wool...

Thanks so much David! Means a lot! AH! didn't even realize I said cotton. First video pains haha.

BR could have meant the BYC store when they were telling me but I certainly was under the impression it was their store. Either way good story!

Looking good. I enjoy David's videos and you do a good job too. I like hearing about the clothes from DC and Bond. Keep posting what you're doing!

Perhaps think about adding a small camcorder or GoPro on a tripod or selfie stick if you're shooting yourself. Also, incorporate movement if you can -- I like the idea of the driving scene but take me somewhere and show off the gear in a new way. Show the transition from office to evening using the car as a vehicle to do that.

If the channel is going to stick around you might consider investing in an easy editing program, something with the ability to do some non-linear cuts. etc. If you ever need help just shout. I work in TV and am making a doc currently and would love to assist anyone who is doing something they're passionate about.

Thanks a lot! If enough people seem to like the videos I will certainly look into getting a better camera. I am totally new to the video editing. I am sure its pretty crappy in the video but I am trying!

I will for sure ask you for help if needed in the future!

Absolutely feel free and reach out. Invest wisely. Better gear always costs more, but it shows in the end product. You don't need a full rig, but a solid camera would be a step in the right direction. The rest will fall in place with trial and error.

I thought the NYC BR store manager confirmed to TBE that Craig first bought his in Nashville and then the film bought 20 (a mix of Medium for regular shots and Large for the fight with Patrice). That's the story on the Billy Reid website, in the article where they explain that "Bond Peacoat" refers to Bond Street in NYC rather than to 007.

Not a bad start, natural enough and informative...although were you driving whilst recording that ? And I'm sure AJB will get a mention next time :))

I promise there was a take with AJB being thanked. I don't know what happened to it. Next time for sure!
