Treating your Car, like a Bond car, what's in your boot/trunk ?

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for car cleaning/waxing
Products, that would keep our own " Bond" transports ( in our minds they're all
Aston's or Lotus ) ;)
I use Autoglym car wax and tyre refresher ( I love shiny new tyres) mainly because
I read long ago that, they were used by Bently and Aston Martin. This may not be true
These days so, any recommendations for car cleaning / Valeting products. Then at
Last my old jalopy, will shine like an Aston Martin at least ! :))

    Never thought of using it on the windscreen. :) I'll give it a try but probably
    Won't need it as in N.Ireland we only get sunshine and fantastically warm

    I've always used Autoglym. A bit pricier than other brands but I've always been pleased with the results and if it's good enough for Charles' DB6, it's good enough for my (slightly less expensive!) motor :D

    Stag, that waterless stuff looks amazing. I have seen it advertised on one of the
    Shopping channels, but you're always worried it might be a gimmick. :)

    Sadly, the only Experience I've had with Cars is during the many GTA Games I've played :))

    My car is a nightmare too keep clean,its metallic black sapphire ,ive tried everything,the waterless orange stuff seems to work ok ,
    but im old school ,and I always wash it with a hose pipe,Karcher first .The only way ive ever got it 100% was to get it professionally valeted .But am open to other black car owners suggestions.
    By the way, did I tell you, I was "Mad"?

    sod it, theres a company that sounds like meg-wires, they do a clay bar product thats pretty cool.

    i go for the latvian handjob, then give it a good wipe over with showroom shine, which works well. For shows I get it washed before travelling, then a polish up with showroom shine when i arrive. back to black is good on the tyres and carplan do some yummy leather food which gives it a great 'new car' smell.

    i've seen some people go through a 4 hour routine (yes you did read that right and no i'm not joking) of washing, claying, waxing, polishing etc etc.

    there's loving your car then there's lurrrrving your car.

    Well (nothing to do with waxing as such, unless waxing lyrical counts?) I always carry a loaded revolver in my glove compartment. One just never knows when it might come in handy for a bit of the old "road rage"! :D -{

    You can also buy ex government vehicles from army surplys yards. I saw an XJ Sovereign that was used for VIP protection, bullet proof glass, run flat tyres, think it even had armour plating too. Mind you, at over 2 tons I'm not sure how much mpg you'd get, not exactly economic at the best of times.

    Well after two days of washing, clay barring, paintwork prep, machine polishing and waxing this is what I ended up with -{
    Not bad for a 13 year old car.

    I put summer tyres on my car today. Many of the locals think I jumped the gun removing the winter tyres, but I'm feeling lucky! :007)

    Recently one of our Politicians was caught removing a clamp from his car. Using some
    Bolt cutters he had in his car's boot. I don't carry bolt cutters with me, as in my boot I
    Just have a spare wheel ( full size ) a small tool kit and a first aid box.
    What do members regularly carry in their boot ?

    Bond obviously carries a spare Mr White in his ! :D
