My previous post was asking for help with this Brioni for James Bond dinner suit I have.

I am looking to sell and was hoping someone might be able to give me an idea of how much this suit is worth, and where the best place to sell it would be.

Official sizing is 50R. This is Italian sizing which makes it a UK 40 and a US Medium. Inside leg on the trousers is 31 1/2 inches.

As you can see from the photos, the suit is in excellent condition. As far as I know it hasn't been worn, or if it has then maybe only once or twice. I think it may have been won in a charity auction.

Would be grateful for any information you can give me,

Thanks :)

Please don't open new topic threads on the same subject...I've closed your other thread on this suit...

I just thought it would be easier for people to see but wasn't aware that this was a problem as I don't use message boards all that much. Was just hoping for a little help.

Have I misjudged the forum? Is this not a place where people have knowledge on James Bond merchandise and collectables? I would have thought reaching out to someone in the know would give me an idea to how much a certain item might go for and in what sort of sales. With maybe a nudge in the right direction to some helpful information.

    But maybe I was mistaken.

It was easier to keep it in your original thread...people knew where to look...multiple threads on the same subject doesn't help at all...

As for value ? The standard answer is "its worth only what someone will pay for it"...I understand that's not helpful in itself...I'm sure there is a ball-park figure for this - obviously certain sizes will have a higher value as more people will want it...as to the sort of price bracket your item is in, I have no clue but I'm sure others will...

Well, you are not the only one.
We are usually getting this kind of requests several times a week - mostly from people that don't show up later any more.

If there are members, who want to buy such and item, they'd already contacted you via pm, so check your messages.

If nobody has done it, give it some days. Then selling the suit on ebay may be the best option plus I'd get in touch with David from thebondexperience or Sruzgar - maybe they can help you.

Looking forward to seeing you on the board with other topics in the future, welcome to AJB
