It's car, boat, ski, foot, motorcycle, plane or bus chases are counted. I also count the scene with Bond and the Laser in Die Another Day on the glider (or whatever it is).
5. Skyfall Tube Foot Chase - My favourite moment in the film, it is great to see Bond in London.
4. TND Car Chase - Putting a spin on the car chase, this gadget filled scene is Brosnan being Bond.
3. DAD Car Chase - Similar to the TND chase, this has some cool stunts and the Vaquish looks great.
2. GE Tank Chase - Great chase, with a good score to it.
1. LTK Tanker Chase - This has everything, and the explosions in this are phenomenal.

The remote controlled BMW in Tomorrow Never Dies and the invisible Aston Martin Vanquish in DAD are in my top 5 easily.
And I'm in the extreme minority when I say I found the car chase with Bond and JW Pepper screaming the back VERY entertaining.
I also think some of the Connery movies had nice (albeit less over the top) car chases, although I don't remember them to exact detail.
