Everyone else is starting ranking topics, so I'm going to start one for henchmen.

1. May Day - Good villain to be alongside Zorin, and I love how she ends up killing herself for revenge on Zorin.
2. Jaws - Iconic.
3. OddJob - Also iconic.
4. Nick Nack - Not a great henchmen, but the character is good and is a highlight of TMWTGG.
5. Xenia - Evil, and has the best method of killing people.
6. Gobinda - A reincarnation of OddJob, Gobinda is a good and fun character in OP.
7. Dr Kaufman -'This guy is hilarious.
8. Baron Samedi - A strange character, who has little screen time, but is most memorable out of all of Kananga's men.
9.'Irma Bunt - The person responsible for killing Tracy.
10. Necros/Stamper - Both are pretty similar, so I can't decide which is better.

    My favorites:
Three Blind Mice (DN) - Started it all
Red Grant (FRWL) - A great serious henchman
Oddjob (GF) - Created THE henchman
Wint and Kidd (DAF) - Only good characters in that movie
Tee Hee (LALD) - Love him
    Baron Samedi (LALD) - Heheheheh!!!!
Nick Nack (MWGG) - Both funny and politically incorrect
Jaws (TSWLM/MR) - The best one. RIP Richard Keil.
May Day (AVTAK) - Love her, hate her, she's unique.
    Dr. Kaufman (TND) - Jah?
Xenia Onatopp (GE) - YES! YES! YES!

    In chronological order:

Donovan/Donald Grant — imposing in the film, utterly terrifying in the book
Oddjob — the most iconic henchman
Fiona Volpe — perhaps the best female character in the early Bond films
Irma Bunt — another great female character
Mr Kidd — whilst I'm not sure the film interpretation of the characters improves on the book, Putter Smith was an inspired piece of casting
Tee Hee — probably the only Bond thug who appears a fun person to be around
    Jaws — again very iconic
Chang — Toshiro Suga gets little screen time and virtually no dialogue, but still manages to give Chang a sly, shifty quality that makes him different from all other Bond thugs
Gobinda — an imposing fellow played with just a touch of understated humour
Dr Kaufman — a character this camp shouldn't work, but his scene is the only part of Tomorrow Never Dies that I really enjoy

    Odd Job
    Red Grant
    Tee Hee
    Three Blind Mice
    Xenia Onatopp
    Irma Bunt
    Necros
    Fiona Volpe
    May Day

(Considering the number of female choices, I think this list should be called the Top Ten Henchpersons!)
"Felix Leiter, a brother from Langley."
