Using a wide spread system, with a cross selection of inverted integers and using
the Haxondale accounting variable, I think a score of 42.768 would be valid.
"I've been informed that there ARE a couple of QAnon supporters who are fairly regular posters in AJB."
I know several people like them but is there no way of collecting all the
Ranking and pros and cons threads into their own forum section ? Then
those who enjoy a quick rank could join with others, to enjoy their chosen
passion.

I agree. I do not want to see anyone ranking here. Ranking should be done in private.
Hopefully once their eyesight goes they won't be able to type on the keyboard. )
Although It was a serious suggestion. Might keep everyone happy.

^ I don't think we need a separate section for this - as much as they seem to dominate at the moment !
I like the fact AJB doesn't have too many sub-sections...
I agree that a lot of sub-forums makes things look overwhelming. But, just this 1 time, I think 1 more sub-forum wouldn't hurt. And that should be THE JAMES BOND FUNHOUSE FORUM!
Another suggestion might be to move the Ranking threads into the trivia
Forum, as apart from one or two threads it's not very active ? Perhaps
Surround it with some razor wire fencing, spotlights , a few guards.......
..... That sort of thing.
To stop some of the duplication of ranking lists, maybe a time period of
Six months ( for example) for any new members before starting one. This
Might stop some , almost trolls from joining just to start some pointless
Tiny variation on an existing thread ?
Vote TP, insensible policies for an insensible Britain !

I don't think a subforum is needed for the rankings. they're not too bothering when you don't have a member how tries to rank everything known to mankind :v

I think putting the ranking threads into the trivia section is a good idea. Elimination games are in there, so why not rankings too? I still think we should have "The Funhouse Forum" as it's name though! (Not a new forum, just rename trivia )
I'm not feeling this time period restriction though. Not a bad idea on paper, but hardly anyone will follow it - it is human nature these days for people to register on new boards and post threads before reading the rules. It shouldn't be that way, but it will always happen.
I mean, the trivia forum not only includes trivia, but also games.... and potentially rankings too.... Funhouse Forum is a more appropriate name, and can just put games/trivia/rankings in brackets. It would work well and be a great blast from the past, not to mention referencing Scaramanga's funhouse.
I can get on board with a separate ranking subforum, as it would be more popular than some of the current subforums. It wouldn't make the site look messy since it would clean out a lot of the junk from other areas.
For what it's worth I think that the Bond rankings should have it's own sub forum. I think it would actually be quite popular. I can find some of the ranking lists from fellow Bond fans quite interesting (although some of the ranking threads are ridiculous) but I can appreciate that they are not everybody's cup of tea. -{
I don't really get the whole ranking thing but each to their own so live and let rank or rank another day. Any how I think the trivia forum is a sound idea. A good home for your rank only

Ha ha, well played sir!! )
Thank you my American cousin, I think its best to keep these threads from becoming too serious or an outright witch hunt or even ranker hunt! Moonranker anyone?
It would probably be a good idea to make a separate ranking forum for those who want to do it so that the people who don't like it aren't bothered by it.

Just needed a scream
Using a previous scream as the 'benchmark' obviously 8-)

Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
Although It was a serious suggestion. Might keep everyone happy.
I like the fact AJB doesn't have too many sub-sections...
1 - Moore, 2 - Dalton, 3 - Craig, 4 - Connery, 5 - Brosnan, 6 - Lazenby
TP could moderate it as he's quite popular among the rankers as I have seen
