I've always been a big fan of Moore -{ so watched everything he did, Connery as
Well. Not so much the others, if something is on the TV, I'd watch it . I also like
Daniel Craig, some of his films I thought were brilliant, like Layer Cake, which I
Think is one of the greatest British Thrillers ever made.

I think Roger Moore was the least good Bond, but probably the nicest person. :)

I really admire Moore for the charity work he has done. No other Bond actor has done what he has done. I admire him the most as a person. I've also tried to watch every movie that he has done (I've seen almost every one he has done since The Saint), and seen every episode of The Saint and The Persuaders, which are two of my favourite shows. I've seen a large number of Sean Connery's and Pierce Brosnan's films. I've also seen every episode of Remington Steele, where Brosnan is fantastic. I prefer his work on that show much more than his work in the Bond films.

I've been a fan of Roger Moore for approx 45 years now. I originally admired him as Simon Templar in The Saint, but it was as Lord Brett Sinclair in The Persuaders that I truly became a fan. James Bond was the icing on the cake.

    I have always admired Roger's personality and the way he conducts himself in public. He has a natural charm and wit, is modest, and is also a wonderful raconteur. In fact, he could have been a talk show host had he wanted to be. He sets the perfect example for those in public life. He has been a great ambassador for the Bond films and Unicef. And I am proud to call myself a fan. -{

Sean Connery for his other films (The Offence, The Anderson Tapes, The Hill, The Man Who Would Be King, The Untouchables, The Hunt For Red October, The Name of The Rose).

Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan for their off-screen personalities.

Honestly, I think Roger Moore is a bit of a wolf in sheep's clothing. He's just been covering up with vanity and womanizing with charm and self-deprecating humor.

Is all that UNICEF work over the past 25 years just for show? He's guilty of cheating on his wives, but otherwise he has proven himself to be a good person.

    For Peppermill. :)) :)) :))

I first thought this thread was about which actor you watched outside of Bond. :))
    As for admiring.
Sir Roger for his UNICEF work, but also for his good humour at all times, a great
Example to all of us, not to take ourselves too seriously.
Sir Sean, for his determination coming from a humble background, but working
Hard at his craft, to become a huge star.

For acting career, look no further than Connery. Cinematic giant. Though Craig is probably the best actor of all of them.

Dalton and Brosnan both seem like really nice, cool guys that'd be really pleasant to talk to.

And Moore seems like the most likeable person ever :)

I haven't seen them in many of their other films, but I do like Brosnan in After The Sunset and Dalton in Hot Fuzz. Connery and Craig are great actors, and Moore just seems very likeable.

I admire Roger Moore for his dedication to the Bond series. He is such a good sport about appearing on all the DVD special features and even did a commentary track for all 7 of his films. He also does autographed photos at Bondstars and releases quality books like Bond on Bond. Plus, he is dedicated to helping children with UNICEF and stands up for other noble causes. Seems like an all-around swell guy.

I admire Sean Connery for his other films outside of Bond series. I'll practically watch anything with him in it. Some of my favorites are: The Rock, Hunt for Red October, Indiana Jones, The Man Who Would Be King, In the Name of the Rose, and Never Say Never Again.

I enjoyed seeing Dalton in Hot Fuzz and The Rocketeer. I don't know too much about the other fellows.

For me I have been a Timothy Dalton fan since 1991, when I first watched the Rocketeer on VHS, I really enjoyed his two Bond films and how for a famous person he is able to keep personal life to himself and is a nice guy to know. Sean Connery, I really like him as an actor and for coming from such humble beginnings to lead a good life as a public figure. Daniel Craig is a really good actor too, I started watching many of his other movies after I saw Casino Royale. Also I think that is fantastic all of the charity work he has done, like visiting British soldiers in Afghanistan and working to help Kenyan orphans.

Pierce Brosnan. He is a tireless advocate for animals, the environment, women's health, and child welfare. I love the artwork he contributed for the California pet lover's license plate, which helps raise funds for spay and neuter programs.

Plus, he always comes across as a down-to-earth person in interviews with a sensible attitude towards life and fame.
