Thanks very much for your reply, David. I didn't mean any offence by my question. Is honestly just curious. You clearly have great genuine passion for these brands and the whole bond lifestyle ethos. I've enjoyed all your videos and greatly appreciate all you do for the community.

Maybe someone needs to start a David Zaritzky Experience!

David's reputation here is sterling - nonetheless more transparency is never a bad thing when it comes to these sorts of matters.

Oh wow, better jump in here.

I have received a few complimentary items from NPeal and Orlebar Brown, but they are far and few between...meaning the massive bulk of items I have of their brand I have paid for. I have never received money, trips, etc from any of these brands. Actually dollar for dollar I am probably one of NPeal's best customers. In fact when we had our day in NYC, guess who plunked down the most money on Npeal goodies? Me, helped generously by my wife... ;)
As I mentioned I found Peter's blog super interesting, and without having known the guidelines I would often say, "Thanks to our friends at "X" we...." But that was much more about being proud of the relationships being created over the years as opposed to guidelines to be frank. My passion comes from loving what these brands do and the way they treat the Bond community and their association with Bond...

Let me join in the kudos to David for all hard work he does on these vlogs. David introduced me to these brands in a way that made me actually interested in trying them because it's clear he genuinely likes them. They're now my go-to's for about everything. And there's a rippling effect -- the head of my law firm saw my NPeal mock turtleneck and now he's into the brand as well, and I'm pretty sure he unaware of the Bond connection.

An extremely well thought out video DZ, thank you -{ After seeing all those fantastic polos and couple of jackets, it's not going to be a good vid for the wallet! I'd love to see that Riviera after you get it back from that tailor as well. I need to find myself a good tailor I can build a solid relationship with like that.

Thanks so much...yes, a good and intuitive tailor is everything.

I know a good tailor in Hong Kong.

Seriously though. It is important to stay in good shape or get into shape before you get your tailored clothes as well.

Life Pro tip: Daniel Craig looks good in his clothes mostly because he's in good shape.

Damn that is some incredible detail put into the pants—top marks on these ones Dan -{ I really do like the “modernised fit” of them, they certainly seem very everyday wearable. Great review as always DZ.

Bespoke clothing and good tailoring can also flatter the shape of someone who is "built sloppy" or needs to exercise. They can help add symmetry and style to a person's couture.

Agreed. Everyone can look great in well-tailored/great fitting clothes. And everyone can look terrible in terrible fitting clothes, no matter how well in shape you are.

The thing is you don't want to get tailored clothes and then start working out. It will be kind of a waste of money if you drop a few inches off your waist or go down a shirt size and then your tailored clothes no longer fit correctly.

Great idea for a vlog! If Daniel Craig will be remembered for just one thing, it might be the great casual style that he brought to Bond.

Same here :)) although I was surprised the matchless was there, as I remember in the 1st vlog, david was not overly impressed with the quality.
I believe some members sent theres back, I personally felt it wasn't worth it and in the UK it would not get a great deal of wear.
My only regret was not pulling the pin on the TF harrington that look cool.
Naturally we are all insanely jealous of the Armani
    Great insight David as always

Great video - really enjoyed this one!!

    Can also relate to a few things - e.g. Levi’s - don’t wear but when I do I like

My order of the ones I own would prob be

    TF Harrington
    Dior Mr White
    Y3 (fits me great)
    Armani
    Levi’s
    TF solden
    Barbour
    Varvatos
    Matchless (still not worn lol)

Armani would prob be higher but I find a little awkward sometimes, very short and collar awkward to get right. Can’t get mine to stand as well as David’s, kind of collapses more

Varvatos I would prefer if a bit shorter

Solden - find arms a bit annoying how they roll up a bit but notice DCs does also

Levi’s - think maybe mine is a bit too light brown (later reissue)

Matchless - hate the wire collar thing and the logo on arm I detest

Barbour is cool but a bit too rural for me where I live so my mates joke with the farmer / Emmerdale thing lol. Also seen so many out in the wild

Sorry for the slight off-topic... remember this? Well, it’s been two months and change and I’ve been able to shed 12kg now since I started (26lbs plus change)... just wanted to reiterate my thanks to all you gents (and especially to Mr Z himself) for the encouragement and inspiration. I still have some fat to get rid of but I feel great... and now’s the time to find a good routine and recover more muscle. I’m doing soft jogging and keeping with the light dumbells but it’s time to get some work done.

Won’t derail the thread any longer. I thought there was a Bond 25 fitness thread somewhere but cannot seem to be able to find it. If anybody knows it’d be much appreciated.

Oh, and of course, great videos, David. Love the work, keep it coming, please.
Nutrition is the foundation to health and wellness, and in this vlog we explore the difference in diet between James Bond the character and Daniel Craig, the actor. We site information and data from Simon Waterson, his trainer, as well as our own experience in evolving our mind and body.

Just wanted to thank you, David, as this vlog was the final straw I needed to go to the doc and finally starting getting back into shape. Due to a number of circumstances, I had really let myself go and crossed the dreaded line between "overweight" and "obesity". As I said, I took professional advice, put my foot down on food selection, and can only say that I'm surprised with the results. They say the first few pounds are easier, but after a couple weeks of healthy eating and moderate exercise (fast-paced walks and very light weight lifting for the time being, until I reach a lower weight and my muscles come a bit back) I've already shed about 5 kg. I feel better already (physically, emotionally, mentally) and I hope these are the first steps back to form.

Just wanted to share for the benefit of any members that might be in a similar situation, though I'm well aware that most gents here have taken good care of their bodies, as Le Chiffre would say.
