My wife is a Trichologist by profession and she has to make regular visits to Wigmakers.
About three weeks ago she visited a Wigmaker in Barnet and he had been sorting out his stockroom as he is due to retire soon as he has been wigmaking for over 45 years.
He showed my wife this oriental box which contained a toupee/wig wrapped in a paper bag, there was a some writing on a label which read 'S Connery 67'.
We are now in the process of investigating whether this was the actual one used in the latter oriental parts of YOLT.
Attached are some pictures, If anybody can help with information or photographs that would be appreciated. -{

ooh thats a good offer ............ I'll just take the tenner and the half eaten jam sandwich
You can give Barney the underpants
Sold!...no longer will the Donk be follicular challenged!
I was about to say "this must be an April Fool's Joke" but you may have a point there!
I shincerely hope sho (in a SCOTTISH accent) as I've just secured it for a Tenner and a half eaten jam sandwich...Nice!
During our investigations my wife has had to brush up on 1960's toupee techniques and I have combed through several photographic archives and we both think it will be worth it to find out its history.
That way. I was about to bid, but ppw306r offered a tenner and a half eaten
Jam sandwich ! X-( how can ordinary members compete with that.
1. Pros and cons of Connery's hairpiece against a simple Roger Moore combover
2. Ranking Connery's toupees by movies, director and Bond girls
And probably Dell Deaton may find out exclusively that Connery had an undiscovered dress wig on set for the not-closeup scenes

Few people know that actually that little monster has much more cred than what's publically known.
After it's stint on SC's bonce, it starred in the incredible hulk, had brief appearances on Tom Sellek's top lip in Magnum PI and in it's later life starred alongside Chris Pine in Star Trek: In To Darkness as a revived tribble.
Alas, it succumbed to it's hair raising lifestyle after OD'ing on Just For Men and Timotei. It's final resting place was previously unknown until being unearthed by AJB's own AA.
Rest in 'Piece old friend, I'll be raising a glass and tipping my rug to you tonight. -{
