This may have been already covered in another post, but I only saw it today and was wondering if this is common knowledge at AJB007.
The image is a closeup from SF of the box given to Bond by Moneypenney that has the bulldog. It appears to state: "From the Estate of Olivia Mansfield Bequeathed to James Bond".
This is the first I had known that this was Dench's name. It's interesting, because they probably took it from Mansfield Smith-Cumming - the first director of SIS.

Correct, and "Olivia" is Judi Dench's middle name. As you suspected, though, this has been covered http://www.ajb007.co.uk/topic/41336/potential-spoiler-ms-judi-real-name-easter-egg/ so I'm closing this thread.
