The much maligned CR67, is a wonderful piece of 60s magic, Austin Powers
Before Austin Powers. Its set design based in many ways on the early German
horror cinema, sets a standard never successfully copied outside of that genre.
+1. If one watches it as a total piece of comedic fluff, it works. It's just a big piece of satire with a million visual jokes, memorable characters and lines and it screams the '60s. It's all over the place because its directed by five different men, but somehow they shoved it all together into one big fun package and wrapped it up with Burt's great score. Niven and Sellers are fun to watch as the straight men trying to be serious in the middle of everyone else's schtick.

Wow, yes, Grant. Even putting on a few pounds and greying didn't take away from his role in Masquerade. Had he been at the right age when DN was made, he could have probably done eight or ten films. He's one of those rare men who just got better and never lost their luster and charm. Finding an actor like that for the future EON series would be almost impossible. There will only ever be one Cary Grant. He would have
made a great Bond.
