Bond film you like but others don't/you dislike that most like

I think this could be interesting as all of us have different favourites.
Film I like but others don't:
Moonrker. It's a great adventure film, and it has some great scenes. Strong cast, and it also has some jokes that actually work (I do quite like the close encounters reference).
Film I dislike but others like:
Thunderball. I think Conery gets a free pass on his films. Thunderball is just boring. I don't particularly think Dr No is enjoyable, but every once in a while I like to watch Dr No just to watch it. But I can't do that with Thunderball. It's just a bore to sit through with poor effects, and simply tries to top Goldfinger too much.

My favorites that other Bond fans don't seem to like are:
1. Moonraker - Perhaps the most impressive Bond films in terms of special effects and cinematography. Contains my two favorite scenes with Bond: The Centrifuge Trainer and the pheasant hunting scene. Also has my favorite briefing in M's office and scenes with Q. This film features everyone involved with the Bond series at the absolute height of their powers. Gorgeous to look at, fun to watch.
2. A View to a Kill - Great PTS in Siberia/Iceland, love the Duran Duran song and titles. Great villains with Zorin and Mayday. Tibet is my favorite sidekick. Stacy as the first realistic, everyday Bond girl. Harder edge to the violence. Very little comic relief. Sinking the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud. Bond relying both on wits and small spying gadgets. Lengthy amounts of time devoted to Bond spying and using aliases. Gorgeous San Francisco aerial footage. Bond being more human and cooking dinner and re-connecting telephone lines. Bond opting to sleep in a wooden chair rather than hop in bed with the girl he just saved. Bond driving a crappy Ford LTD to blend in and not draw attention to himself. Empathy for the villains who were double-crossed by Zorin. AVTAK is practically a revisionist Bond film, turning many conventions on their head.
The Bond films that most fans like, but I don't are:
1. Skyfall - Great style and mix of humor/seriousness, but the plot is a complete mess.
2. Casino Royale - The second half follows the novel and is quite good, but the first half is nonsense filler.
3. For Your Eyes Only - As with CR, the Fleming bits are a delight, but the second half is very boring. Weird PTS. Horrible soundtrack. Bad attempts at humor and fashion.
4. OHMSS - I like Lazenby and I like the Piz Gloria, but there is no real action until he escapes on skis and then suddenly there is too much action. Same lopsided ratio can be found in FRWL.

I think you missed the point of the thread then. Which films don't you like that most other fans do like ?

''I do like DAD and QOS'' Some extra information can't be wrong, or I'm wrong. Sorry then.
Goldeneye -- Simply overrated, with a thin story, lackluster production, strange score, takes-itself-too-seriously script, and ho hum villain -- Bond actually facing down another 00 is a great idea, but outside of the climax, when does that actually happen?
Can't think of an overrated one I'd disagree with.
I think I'm more fond of DAF than most fans.

I wish more People gave AVTAK a proper Chance.
AVTAK is one of my personal favourites -{
It's a knock-off Bond film and doesn't deserve to be mentioned along with the 23 genuine Bond films.
Same here. I think AVTAK gets unfair criticism; most people think "Moore was old, and that makes it a terrible Bond film." I can't stand it when people put films down for a reason like that. This is why DAD and MR are great to sit through; they do have good parts past the bad ones.
#8.
I like Roger Moore in anything he does (well, except North Sea Hijack) so I won't criticise his age. But I still don't think AVTAK is such a great film. The villains are great and the allies are great. But Tanya Roberts is terrible. She might be what ruins the film for me. It's still my least favourite Moore Bond film.
Hijack, that you don't like ? As For Me I think Roger is great as the grumpy, woman hating
Old sea dog. -{
You're right about AVTAK. It's not even as good as NSNA! )
Nor me..
I don't compare Bond films with non-Bond films
I actually haven't seen CR to this day (Yes, REALLY!! ), because I'm not really keen to see it; nor am I particularly fond of Craig.
