TB Breather Prop - A blast from the past

Well kids I was round mommageff's house at the weekend, skip diving in the east wing in what used to be my boudoir. I was mainly there to gather old model kits and other bits of tat left over from my childhood. Looking through stuff I happened to find this little objet d'art which harks back to my post Uni days.

I believe if my colander type memory serves me, I made this during my stay in my first job after studying. There was a brass mouthpiece but I couldn't find it and it must be long gone.

Oddly though, by coincidence it became one of my most favourite pieces in recent years after I was given the opportunity of making FE's prototype breather which many of us now own.

So was this a sign of things to come perhaps?

I'm not really sure what you'd call it, the premonition to the prototype?

Whatever you wanna call it (I'd call it 'off by a parsec') here it is, enjoy.

That would of course depend on which receptacle Micro has utilised to store it in all these years?
Perhaps the answer lies in the pained expression on Jiffs Avatar? :D
