Rosa Klebb for me. I hated that woman. When you think Bond and Tania won, she appears again and tries to sting Connery with that shoe of hers. Apparently Lotte Lenya was a sweetheart though, so she was a great actress and nailed the performance.

Most satisfying by each Bond:

Connery: Killing of Prof Dent. Cold as you like.
Lazenby: Killing the henchman with his ski. Effortlessly cool and very cunning.
Moore: Emile Leopold Loque. Especially after he'd killed Luigi.
Dalton: Throwing the briefcase at Killifer dropping him into the shark pool. Brilliantly executed line from Dalton thrown in.
Brosnan: Putting Elliot Carver through the grinder. It's down to Jonathan Pryce's brilliant acting that you come to detest his character.
Craig: Killing Deyden in the Casino Royale PTS. Again a cold killing in the same vein as Dent's. I obviously love it when Bond is ruthless.
