Swiss Bank Account References in the Bond Films (and Novels)?

I'm looking for a little help here. I'm trying to collate a list of all of the references to Swiss Banks and Swiss Bank accounts in the James Bond Films and Novels.

So far here is my list

TSWLM - Stromberg mentions Swiss Bank accounts.
OP - Jim Fanning mentions Swiss Banks (I think).
TWINE - Lachaise as a Swiss Banker in the TWINE PTS.

I'm pretty sure that I'm missing some so I would really appreciate some help with finding the other references to Swiss Banks and their accounts in the Bond films and novels.

    Blofeld has his headquater in Switzerland in OHMSS so maybe he has accounts there too? (same applies for Goldfinger)
