I too have ordered the set of 3 from bottleneck and hopefully they are on route. It seems quite a few of us have ordered them so it would be interesting (well to me anyway) to hear what people plan to do with them..ie..how they are going to display them. I know kan is the king of display cabinets but wondered if he has a specific area for such prints (not cartoons !)
There is always the artistic and creative amongst us who will have some great ideas I am sure.
Well my set of prints arrived today No.36/50, Very impressed with them the quality and detail are amazing -{ , not quite sure how I will frame them yet.
Just a few words of advice, before opening the tube they arrived in, wash and dry your hands, only handle them by the edges and try to avoid touching the printed area. If you want to flatten them place on a clean flat area and put clean dry sheets of paper or tissue between each sheet and carefully place some heavy objects like books on them and leave them for a few days and try to avoid moving them.
Finally if you intend to get them framed, check to see if the framer use cotton gloves to avoid contact with the prints.
Cheers AA -{
