Although there are statues of Peter Pan in London and Kirriemuir, I think the better approach to this would be a statue of Ian Fleming, as Bond's creator. Bind has been played by so many actors, you either get into a which one debate, or create a tailors window of figures! I can see a figure of Fleming sitting at a segment of his desk with the typewriter. A walther to one side with a bow tie as a not so subtle reference to his famous creation.
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?
So where should this Fleming statue be? I would propose putting it on Pall Mall near Admiralty Arch just across from Horse Guards where he worked during WW2. A nice touristy area with lost of space for a good statue.

Not my picture, but I've been there and have seen it.
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
Still, it's great to see that. I had no idea it even existed!
That reminds me that there is a The Man with the Red Tattoo museum in Japan.
