I found them to be too tapered towards the cuff opening.

They certainly are a slim fit. I myself am very skinny so they worked out perfect for me. I should have said something about that in the video.

We shall see. I recall trying on a pair of chinos at J Crew that were so skinny I could barely get my feet through the cuffs and I could only get them past my knees. I'd hope the Bedfords aren't like that. If they don't fit I'm not out much.

I agree with you, I don't like the look of the Sanders boots and David's Video Review put me off completely. The Crockett & Jones are a great alternative choice.

hthomas, my Bedfords arrived. The navy color does come out in direct sunlight, but indoors they do seem to shift more towards the gray. Most importantly, they fit well enough. The legs are not too slim. If anything I could have the thighs taken in a bit, although for $16.99 + shipping, I'm very pleased.
