don't know if this topic has been covered allready if so plese close this thread....
so over the last few days I thought of how did Bond finance his 3-month vacation/"enjoying death"
on his last mission in istanbul he had almost no goods with him worth trading/selling besides the omega and his shoes perhaps? I don't think that he has used his credit cards because since the MI6 sold his flat I would imagine that they also froze his bank accounts? ?:)
yet he still had a small bungalow, some more or less expensive clothing(levi's menlo) and enough money for booze...
what do you think? how has he done it?

He not only has a licence to kill but an artistic licence also. Even in Craig's more realistic take on 007 you have to have a sly suspension of disbelief.
