Ranking the non-main Bond songs

You know the songs that appear either within the film, or over the end titles. Sometimes the song doesn't actually make it into the film but the melody is still present in the score, so I think those still count. Pre-existings songs that weren't written for the film, like California Girls or London Calling, don't count.
Best to worst:
1. We Have All The Time In The World (OHMSS)
2. Surrender (TND)
3. If There Was a Man (TLD)
4. Only Myself To Blame (TWINE)
5. No Good About Goodbye (based on music from QOS)
6. Where Has Everybody Gone (TLD)
7. Mr. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (TB)
8. Do You Know How Christmas Trees Are Grown? (OHMSS)
9. Underneath The Mango Tree (DN)
10. Jump Up (DN)
11. Make it Last All Night (FYEO)
12. If You Asked Me To (LTK)
13. The Experience of Love (GE)
I actually think half of these are better than a lot of the main themes, and Surrender and No Good About Goodbye should have been the main themes for the films they were used in (as David Arnold wrote them for). Let me know if I've forgotten any.

Not fussed about the rest but I like the use of WHATTITW, Surrender and Where has Everybody Gone in the scores
Yes, though it was a very late decision. Barry had written the score around MKKBB and recorded the song (twice! with Shirley Bassey and Dionne Warwick) before EON decided that a song actually called "Thunderball" would promote the movie better.

And "Only Myself To Blame" is from TWINE. Don Black wrote lyrics to David Arnold's "Elektra's Theme", sung by Scott Walker.
Is Only Myself To Blame on the film? I recall hearing it once, from the soundtrack, but never noticing it on the film

You must be a big 80s music fan.
Now we need to get some other people to contribute their rankings!
