Does anyone recognise which film this came from?



The description at the auction describes it as, "Club Barracuda large exterior wooden sign from an unidentified early James Bond movie".

Any thoughts?

I feel like that might be from license to kill. But if they say from a early Bond film, I would say Dr. No or thunderball. Maybe even NSNA?

I believe "club barracuda" is the name of the bar on the bahamas where Bond meets Fatima Blush in NSNA.you can't spot the name in the scene but I'm pretty sure if seen it on some special featurette.

I had a feeling it might have been NSNA so flicked thru this scene however my poor eyes spotted nothing. Maybe it never made it into shot. Will take another look

Aside from the enjoyable display of knowledge - if an auction house doesn't know where its items come from, it's bad news. No documents, no info - it might as well be a fake so please be careful.

you see the bar itself on dcreen just not the sign
the bar is called today "The Never Say Never Again Bar"
but if it would be me I wouldn't go for it since the auction house itself apperently known next to nothing about it ?:)
