I don't dislike any of the Bonds, but Brosnan is the weakest so far. Not entirely his fault because he didn't write or direct the four poor films he was in, but he was 'composite Bond' - an amalgam of the other actors without bringing anything new to the table. If he was given a good script and the right director then he might have worked out better, but that never happened and now we'll never know how good he might have been.
some of the"extras" didn't help. One scene in TND, as Bond
enters the hotel and two of the villain's cars drive past. The
actors in the backseat, are very bad and I'm very aware I'm
watching a movie. )

He obviously played Bond as " requested" and he did it superbly -{ which

( I too am stunningly beautiful, so have faced such Prejudice , with my long
Flowing hair, strong jaw line, twinkling blue eyes, swimmers body etc).
In my opinion, Brosnan did what was asked and he delivered ! He is a professional

Successfully, too. The Brosnan films made pots of money, which would suggest that the producers were correct... at the time.
