It's possible that Daniel Craig cannot have a gym in his New York City home. Unless he lives in a full house, most neighbours wouldn't appreciate hearing weights from the floor above.
I believe you may be right Matt. I think I read somewhere he lives in an apartment in Greenwich village. But it strikes me that someone who comes from such a normal background couldn't and shouldn't completely shut themselves off from the outside world no matter how much money you earn.
He does indeed go about in society. He attended a reading at the place I work at a year or two ago, and he would have been surrounded by close to a thousand other people there. He wants to live normally, and he only expects to be treated normally. One of my neighbours spotted Sean Connery on the street, so it appears even he tries to live normally. He has a home a block away from me, though I haven't seen him.
I think that's a far more healthy way to live than living in a self imposed guilded cage. Its just to be hoped people respect their privacy, I don't hold with the view they get paid millions so should expect constant hassle.
Plus it will depend on what the personal trainer has planned for training and so what equipment is needed - it's easy to have a 'basic' set up of kit but to mix things up you can also consider a wider variety of fixed equipment, some of which needs a lot of space.
I also agree - living and training in a bubble away from normality breeds weird behaviour (Justin Bieber anyone?)
Oh no dufus...you made me think about that insufferable, spoilt, brattish waste of skin Bieber! I'd love to spend two minutes in a locked room with him! I wonder how many affected beliebers log to here thinking it's absolutely Justin Bieber only to find us fine people with all our class and good taste?

My apologies!
When all is said and done, he is just an actor. A successful one granted, but not as huge as some in Hollywood He plays an iconic character which his name will always be linked with but that is as far as it goes. He won't have the lasting cultural effect people like James Dean and Steve McQueen had, he's not in the same league and it's a different time. He's in the public eye and I'm sure that must be a pain in the butt - can't be fun for a sane being. I like some but not all of his style but copying everything he wears/has seems OTT to me.
My name has changed! I’m no longer dufus......now I’m DB6
The cup is actually clear and it's from a juice shop in NYC called Liquiteria http://www.liquiteria.com/ and he's drinking a drink called the Bulldozer, which is banana, almond milk, peanutbutter and whey protein and its delicious.

Especially as the guy who gave it to simon has been arrested for stalking.... 8-)
Anyone feel like a whip round to get him out of jail ?
They are fantastic bags! I have this very same bag as well, which was available for sale from J. Crew several years ago. My guess is that's where DC got his even though they were available direct from Belstaff too, as he's been spotted with a few J. Crew items in the past. Not my auction, but since this item has been brought up, I thought I'd direct any interested parties to a genuine bag, as there are a lot of counterfeit bags out there as well.

Quite expensive for a used bag. What were they going for originally?
Pussy Galore: “My name is Pussy Galore.”
Bond: “I must be dreaming.”
I wouldn't be too sure about it being Panama, unless there's another photo to go on. More likely to be Mountain Brown.
Yes, sorry, I was going off of the knowledge of other photos of DC carrying the 554, so I knew it was Panama. But I see Welshie has posted one of said photos already, so no need for me to post more. But DC was seen carrying the bag during the Austria shoot for Spectre as well.
The Ebay one is in 'Acid Brown' and a winter weight jacket. Daniel Craig;s one is called 'Antique Black' and is summer weight (read thinner leather). The design is the same though, apart from the fact that the winter weight Pattersons run a little smaller in size. Only a little bit, about half a size.
The current version never seems to have appeared in their official line up, I suspect due to copyright issues. But they do pop up from time to time on Ebay and in the Outlet store. Here's a photo of the black version they did. The bag is essentially the same, but the leather and canvas isn't quite as distressed as the 554. It has a leather logo rather than the previous metal one also.
Matchless will be making a version of this soon also, seeing as they did the 554. But it all depends how ocd you are about having Daniel Craig's one.

Not 100% but wondering if it is Manhattan Portage, the handle and black part on the front look to match this:
I have the Manhattan Portage bag (thanks to The Bond Experience) and use it regularly when going in to do shifts at the Fire Station.

It was a woman who worked in the shop that told me, hopefully she didn't lose her job!

Incidentally, Belstaff still run a version of that bag, but it's not called a 554 anymore.
Any idea on that leather jacket? It looks great!

Remember back then trying to get his black Patterson but difficult. Think a few turned up eventually on eBay but tiny sizes
