That polo has me perplexed. Some details remind me of Billy Reid, except the hidden buttons and lack of a chest pocket negate that choice.

Definitely military inspired, could be from a few seasons ago when there was a bit of military inspiration around. Also looks like he could be wearing a Speedmaster there on a black nato.

No, not a hidden placket. However even if we discount hidden buttons the placket on the Tom Ford is way too wide.
