    The way it is is not the ideal solution but I personally fail to see an alternative because doing nothing (no credit) would make things far worse.

    Karl Marx sounds sometimes good and reasonable - but at the end of the day - in real life Marxed failed badly - always!

    My personal favorite btw. was the Grexit but that would have certainly meant that the poor people would suffer even more than they do now.
