Which portrayal at Bond do you think was best in the sack?

IMO, Craig's Bond has been the most authentic. He has the lust factor (is the most emotional) and cares about her pleasure as much as his. He takes it a bit slowly to get the mood right and has a sexy whisper.

Connery definitely is runner-up in this regard, although sometimes the sex scenes are put in there for humor. Moore's escapades to a larger extent were comedic.

Dalton was handsome and charming but had zero lust factor with his women - he wanted to make the character less promiscuous.

Brosnan's character definitely handles his business well, but is a bit cavalier and selfish in bed, as if women owe it to him. He wanted to make his character smug as a way to parody it sort of.

I'd probably rank it like Craig > Connery/Brosnan > Lazenby > Moore > Dalton (only for lack of trying).

Moore may have been the best in real life, but in the movies it wasn't really as convincing.

I'd say Craig but thats because his scenes are the least corny.

Most of the 'sex scenes' in Bond have made me squirm a bit because they're so cheesy.

From a male perspective, I can only say the sex scene moments I think looked best ) and they are Daniel Craig and the Turkish girl in SF and Pierce Brosnan and Famke kissing in the Sauna in GE, both those scenes the actors really sell the lust.

I agree Lady Rose. Unlike the other Bond actors, Craigs sex scenes were actually authentic in terms of how sex works. I find myself acting Craig-ish when Im with my girlfriend.

I find myself skipping the sex scenes in some of the films too because theyre just painfully cheesy.

This is my sort of love scene, with after a kiss the camera pans across to a
Fire place. -{ we don't need to see the foul, disgusting exchange of saliva
and other things, necessary for " The beast with two backs" I bet most
Of those people getting " special hugs" aren't even married ! or undertaken
A long courtship of at least two years, chaperoned at all times. )

There's another funny love scene in top secret, when they're kissing on parachutes
and the camera pans across to a fire place, also on a parachute. )

I hated Brosnan's " Bite" , never seemed, natural to me ( I've never bitten anyone) .
All the rest are very similar, so I guess Craig's the better, as a few of his have been
shot to be Sensual, and he obviously works out " You've taken good care of your body".

Bond films don't need graphic sex scenes - I enjoy seeing the chase, the capture and then fading out into the next scene. The 60's Bond's were perfect in this aspect - the best ever being the Fiona scene in TB.

I'd definitely go Brosnan by far. While yes Craigs look the most realistic. While Moore was the least convincing.

I'm embarrassed to ask this question, folks, but does anyone else mentally visualize the actual sex that took place within the narrative? ...like, do you guys imagine Connery looking like the way he did while trapped in the TB traction machine or Fiona Volpe screaming out an aria...then afterwards saying, "James, get off of me, you're heavy" )

How Connery's Bond carried on during the act was hinted by the spanking and shoving with Jill Masterson after the fact. Fiona Volpe had the right idea when she asked if the cage "bars" of the bed would keep her safe...oh there I go again, picturing Connery on the out-of-control traction machine! lol

Here's how I grade all the actors relationships on sexual chemistry.

Connery - All excellent except for Tiffany Case in DAF

Lazenby - Didn't get along with Rigg. No secret.

Moore - Solitaire > XXX > Octopussy (kind of a believable friends with benefits deal) > Goodhead > Goodnight > Stacey ("JAMES!") > Melina ("Only a half-hour left on the clock...)"

Dalton - Little chemistry with either female lead. Of course, this was intentional (to keep things as platonic as possible) to make Bond a less promiscuous character.

Brosnan - Elektra, Jinx and the danish girl in TND were good with Brosnan. Yeoh, Pike and Richards had zero, and I absolutely mean zero, chemistry with Brosnan.
