Who would like a return to some "minimalist" espionage films?

It would probably be a stretch in today's day and age, but who among us wouldn't mind another Bond film (in the style of DN and FRWL), which would rely more on espionage, rather than technology, gadgets and/or an over-inflated budget?
After a lot of big-budget, explosion-heavy entries in the Bond franchise, who would welcome a well-paced, efficient (2-hour maximum) film which has Bond simply getting on with the job, with a minimum of distractions?

"Well, he certainly left with his tails between his legs."

That's what you have got now..
I'd love for a future Bond film to go in that direction, but alas, in this industry I don't see it as possible (in terms of what an official trailer and the box office numbers would look like).
