    I've made a few pieces but it's difficult when you aren't yourself a machinist and have to farm things out; makes one-offs nee impossible and multiples really not costing much less ... certainly too pricey to offer them without getting complaints.

    Praise the Lord, at last a collectors forum that isn't all about buying second hand clothes that look like the ones from Skyfall that make me look like Daniel Craig !
    Hopefully this forum will see some serious collecting chat.
    In the meantime may I the present items on display in my office.
    Anyone out there got actual props from the films they would like to share.
    I have got some my self which I will post pictures of in due course.
    Please guys, don't let this forum become the Oxfam of Bond clothing. The Great Ebay Thread has that well and truly covered!

    Very nice Donk, have viewed your collection many times before.

    I'm somewhat restricted on how much I can display as I have twenty large containers stored away. I tend to display mainly the more modern stuff and keep the older bits out of sunlight. Having said that it's rare foe this room to see daylight because of some of the paper documents that I have framed and on display

    Next up is a wall mounted cabinet just for the variations of the DB5.

    Are we likely to see anything special to tie in with Spectre?

    Why thank you and thank you Acacia_Avenue for recommending The Modest Collection sticky -{

    From the production side of things probably not. Because of previous issues with light fingered individuals on set pretty much everything of substance has been recalled and archived so regrettably what is out there of substance may not be what it appears to be? I would imagine that Barbara Broccoli will as with Skyfall release pieces to be auctioned for her chosen charities but these good cause prices will be astronomical for your average Joe public collector :(

    I presumed that was strictly a 50th anniversary-related situation and not likely to be repeated anytime soon ... but happy to be found wrong.

    It has happened previously to the 50th with Tom Ford Quantum shades and Casino Royale plaques. In the case of the shades they made £2k where for the 50th Anniversary I believe it was more than ten times that amount. BB has also donated Properties to Unisef as raffle prizes. Unfortunately her generosity is not usually known until after the event in question -{

    Next year they will auction a single one of the ten SPECTRE DB10 cars for charity according to Chris Evan's car review column in last weekend's Mail on Sunday 'Event' supplement magazine.

    On the subject of SPECTRE props... is there any info out there about a licenced SPECTRE ring prop run??

    Only FE can do it as they have the license. If they choose to do it, it will be the one single size. After all this time, I doubt they will make it - they still got a lot of Bond inventories in their warehouse - just not good business for them

    And unfortunatley that leaves us true collectors with empty Xmas stockings :(

    I know that no company willingly operates at a loss, but it is galling to have had nothing new from them for so long. I speak as one who has the complete FE collection (with some extras) as I'm sure a lot us have. Just wish I'd been in this position when SD was active :#

    Thanks for the info. I did notice browsing their site that their LE of 300 'Q' pins from 2013 were on sale having not sold out, so what your saying makes sense!
