Are you sure. The logo is wrong. As far as I'm aware all of the crew items have the new octopus logo on them certainly not the old one. Ebay is awash with fakes using both the new and old logo, 99.99% of them are fake on there. This info has been confirmed by a senior crew member.

It really wasn't. Like I said, I've had it confirmed. The exact information is:
"anything with the 60's logo on it is fake, but most, if not all of the crew items on eBay right now with the new logo, are also fakes"
I've only seen a couple of genuine items, and Mantis bought one, when you compare the quality of that product with the others offered, you can see the difference.

I Had same jacket of Mantis too...and this came from same person that work on film and was given to him as well...but for what you said all is fake

Just because it came from the same person doesn't make them both legit. The seller is notorious for producing suspect items. Clapperboards and Tom Ford screen used items being the most prolific. Ask yourself why they'd use the new SPECTRE font with the old SPECTRE logo, when both had been some of the first designs passed for the film. Especially the octopus logo as this appears numerous times in the film so had to have been made during the early stages of pre-production and before the font.

Like I said in my PMs, sorry to break it to you. You are obviously a genuine person and it's a credit to you for pulling the sale. But consider posting the pictures back up as it will prevent any other members falling for the same thing.
Some interesting SPECTRE stuff on eBay but it is far too numerous this time around which kind of gives it away and shady as hell.

Hardly any of it is genuine. Only today I've been talking with a designer who works on the films and he confirmed that the production design items which he worked on is fake or copied directly off his own website, blown up and printed. The other stuff he says has nothing to do with production at all.
