Newbie and after advice

Hi All,

This is my first time posting on the site and would like to ask for advice.

I've been a collected since I was a young lad but I've lost touch in collecting and no longer have the space. I'm looking to sell my entire collection but wouldn't know where to start and how much everything is worth. For example I have three full sets of Corgi Icons (two sets in the smaller boxes and one set in the taller boxes) I even have the Icon stand which numerous times I've been asked on eBay if I would sell it.

I'm mainly after advice on how I would find out what each item is worth?

Kind regards,

Gaz.

just go to ebay and do advanced search on completed items - see the one in green where it is what actually sold not what people wants and not sold - the black and red - people can ask a million $ - what matter is what it actually sold for - so some research - selling take some work - or you can put them all for bid on Ebay stating at 1 penny and let the market do the work - if it is worth something it will show

Kan is correct. And if you post good pics here, someone may not only buy the whole collection but be conveniently located for delivery without packing and shipping charges...

Well I watch the prices of the corgi icons quite a lot so happy to comment. The stands sell for anything around £100 to £150.00 depending on condition..ie..with the two stick on bits attached that are often lost. The icons are pretty much about £10.00 to £15.00 each apart from a few that are more collectable than others such as Jaws / Q / Odd Job etc that can bring around £30.00 to £50.
00 depending on condition. Then there are the 2 limited ones which are bond in tan safari suit at about £250.00 to £350.00 and the bond in white tuxedo which is around £350.00 to £450.00. Hope that helps. Obviously all dependant if someone wants a particular peice but they are the general prices. As Kan says though, you can check this out on ebay on past and current sales.

...And since you've been collecting for such a long time, I bet you have lots of other great Bond stuff also. Do tell. Post some photos! Or send people (including me) inventory lists by PM.

    Thanks!
